SHIPPING POLICY

After confirmation of order from our customer support team, products are couriered within three business working days or refer product description in-case of customized / made to order products or handmade products.

On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and sms. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive details of the courier partner and tracking details of your parcel. · We have partnered with reputed and trustworthy domestic courier service providers for the shipment of products across India.

· Depending upon your location and reach the courier partners can take varied time period for delivery.

· For International delivery we generally use India Post / other reliable international courier services.

· Shipping charge vary depending on the value of the shopping cart. Within India we charge a non-refundable, flat shipping fee of INR 99 on all orders under INR 1000. Orders above INR 1000 enjoy free shipping across India. For international orders a shipping charge depending on weight will be charged.

. Custom duty charges, if any in the destination country, will be borne by the buyer.

· As mentioned in our individual Product details page, each product has its own delivery duration.

Please note that, if you have ordered multiple items, the entire order may not be delivered together and you would be receiving partial shipments, as each product may be delivered as per the individual delivery timeline.

However, we try and send maximum products from your order in one shipment.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely hassle-free purchase experience.

Definition of 'Return' is in our term :--- the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer from Dinitz Designz on the Dinitz Designz website ( https://dinitzdesignz.com ).

Following situations may arise:

1. Item was defective

2. Item was damaged during the Shipping

3. Products was / were missing

4. Wrong item was sent by Dinitz Designz.

We assure you that all products sold on https://dinitzdesignz.com are new and 100% genuine.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have bought from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, customers may exchange the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as he / she purchased it, in its original packaging along with original tags. It would be necessary to provide all financial transaction details, along with bills/invoices provided.

**Procedure for return of products

· If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of receiving your parcel (e-mail us at nita.sd@dinitzdesignz.com or dinitzdesignz@gmail.com or call / WhatsApp us at +91-9742220630). We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request. Return or exchange requests placed after 48 hours of receiving your order will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Please ensure the original packaging is intact. Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact. This is essential as items need to be resalable – returns that have been used or received without their original packaging or labels / tags will not be entertained for returns and exchanges.
The courier partner delivering your order cannot process an exchange or accept returns. All returns and exchanges need to be routed through Customer Care through nita.sd@dinitzdesignz.com or dinitzdesignz@gmail.com .

Replacement is subject to availability of stock .
Hand Made Products / Made-to-order / Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
In case of an exchange, we will send the replacement upon receiving the return shipment. If the replacement item price is more than the original item ordered, we will send you a payment link for the balance amount. Alternatively, if the replacement item price is less than the original item ordered, we will issue a credit note for the balance amount.
Exchanges, when requested, are limited to one-time only. Similarly, the use of a store credit would make the order ineligible for any further return or exchange.

**** Merchandise bought on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. ****

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

· We accept cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped (Before dispatch). Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

· A flat rate of Rs. 500.00 will be charged for any order cancellation.
